Tara Huff is a Yoga Alliance certified 200 RYT, social media influencer and mom of 2. She lives in the mountains of Northern California and shares her passion for the outdoors and movement with her Instagram audience as @tara_huff_.
She began her practice in 1994 when she discovered a Yoga VHS tape at her Grandma's house. She memorized the tape and her yoga practice evolved from there.
When her daughter was born with an imperforate anus and a tethered spinal cord in 2012, she expanded her asana practice and discovered ways to bring yoga into her everyday life.
Tara began teaching yoga in 2021. She is passionate about alignment and loves to teach Vinyasa flow classes that motivate and inspire people's practices. Her goal is to inspire others to find inner strength, grace and balance in life through the Asana practice.
